Solid poured walls are 25 times stronger than block walls that are completely filled with concrete.  They are also more watertight and easier to damp-proof.  Thus, your concrete walls have far less water problems and a fraction of the humidity associated with block wall systems.   Block wall systems are porous and water freely flows through them.
