Our philosophy is to find the best solution for each customer. We present customers with both system-built and stick-built options, pricing, and timelines. This allows the customer to decide which process best meets their needs.
What is a System-Built (Modular) Home? A System-Built home is:
Partially constructed in a high-tech, factory controlled environment using computer aided design and professional tradesmen. Strategically constructed in sections to allow for delivery on trucks. Built to the highest building standards and strong enough to withstand shipment on a truck. Delivered to the building site in sections and assembled by BR2 Custom Builders.
System-Building Benefits Include: 1. Engineered from start to finish. 2. In-plant inspections by govt. officials. 3. Efficient usage of materials/labor. 4. Constructed in a climate controlled environment. 5. High speed construction.
What is a Site-Built Home? A stick-built home is:
Traditional method of building homes. Assembled completely on site according to local building codes. Compilation of materials from local and other builder selected suppliers.
Site-Built Benefits Include:
1. Architectural freedom and flexibility. 2. Limitless options and selection of material sources. 3. Ability to witness home construction at each phase.
