BR2 Custom Builders is pleased to now offer customers a ‘Smart’ home design that incorporates many green attributes.  We are now a Certified Green Builder (CGB) as designated b the National Association of Homebuilders (August 2008).  We have been researching the vast array of green options available and have implemented the ones that focus on promoting energy efficiency, reducing utility bills, and providing a healthier lifestyle.

We have put together a series of home packages that will fit the variety of needs and desires of our customers.  However, even our standard home package will now incorporate many of these ‘Smart’ features.  Here’s to a green future!
